We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Registered Clinician to join our team as a Homebased Functional Assessor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in conducting disability assessments to support individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of claimants' health and daily living activities via phone and face-to-face interviews.
- Review and analyze medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities to inform assessments.
- Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) based on thorough assessments.
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience as a Registered Adult Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist.
- Active registration with the NMC or HCPC.
- Strong communication, proficient typing, and excellent IT skills.
- A comprehensive 5-week homebased training program covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
- A competitive salary of £41,500.
- A hybrid working pattern with a balance of homebased and on-site working.
