Assistant Site Operations Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction operations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Manager in ensuring site compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate with utility companies, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and services.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to health and safety practices, accident reporting, and environmental policies.
  • Oversee and maintain quality control, including inspections, snagging, and ensuring quality standards for trades and materials.

Requirements

  • Experience working on new build projects and a good understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
