Lead Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse leader to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our mental health team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our service users.
Main Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, recognizing and utilizing individual strengths to achieve service goals.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior colleagues to recruit, retain, and develop the nursing team, ensuring student nurses receive excellent training experiences.
- Clinical Governance: Set clinical standards and monitor compliance, working towards achieving CQC standards.
- Collaborative Working: Work closely with partner agencies, community matrons, and senior leaders to deliver excellent care.
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct assessments and offer evidence-based interventions to support service users.
