Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic member of support staff to join our dynamic team at Oldfield School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and contribute to their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
  • Assist children with their learning needs, including those with EHCPs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
