Dental Officer

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced dentist to fill a Band B position in our Community Special Care Dental Service. The estimated salary for this role is £76,755.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality oral health care to patients with special needs, working collaboratively with the oral health promotion team and advising educational, health, and social care staff on dental issues. They will also supervise administrative teams, junior dentists, and dental care professionals in their clinical duties.
To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a registered dental qualification, full registration with the General Dental Council, and a postgraduate qualification. Experience in treating patients under general anesthesia or intravenous sedation is desirable. A driving license and daily access to a vehicle are highly recommended.
