About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a client with a spinal cord injury in their own home and out in the community.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, medication management, and domestic duties to ensure the client's comfort and well-being. You will also be required to accompany the client on outings, such as shopping and social events, and assist with daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the client, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Perform domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany the client on outings and assist with daily activities
  • Maintain accurate records of the client's care and activities
Requirements
  • Kind and caring nature

  • Good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
