Care Home Night Nurse Position

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team in a care home setting. As a Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.
About the Role:
As a Registered General Nurse, you will work in a residential care home, taking responsibility for clinical nursing care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care needs. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team in providing excellent nursing care to patients, working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-standard nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Assess, plan, implement, and review care needs, ensuring individualized care plans are in place.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
We require a Registered General Nurse with prior experience working in a clinical environment. You must be NMC registered and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
