Staff Nurse - Ward

Clifton Park Hospital, a modern and purpose-built in-patient hospital, is seeking a skilled Staff Nurse to join its friendly and established team. As a Staff Nurse, you will work on the ward as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, individualized care for a variety of surgical patients, including orthopaedics, ENT, and cosmetic surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the hospital's standards and guidelines.
  2. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.
  3. Participate in the development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
  4. Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  1. Current NMC registration.
  2. Open to newly qualified nurses with an interest in surgical nursing.
  3. Flexible and positive attitude.
  4. Compassionate and empathetic approach.
  5. Passion for individualized person-centered care.
  6. Ability to work in a team.
