We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Care Assistant to join our team at Helping Hands Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support to customers
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring customers' safety and comfort
- Administer medication and provide medical support as needed
- Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Run errands, such as grocery shopping and picking up prescriptions
- Guaranteed Pay Contract, providing consistent pay for agreed hours
- Above-average pay rates, depending on location
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls
- Swift start process, allowing you to begin working quickly
- Early Pay app, enabling you to request up to 50% of your pay in advance
