About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Director to join our team at Blu Digital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our e-commerce business and developing strategic plans to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of our B2C omnichannel strategy, including the development of strategic plans and the implementation of retail product and brand strategies.
  • Define customer journeys and support the retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead weekly trading meetings and share ideas and best practices with colleagues.
  • Improve and execute strategies with digital marketing, merchandising, operations, and digital to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • An in-depth understanding of retail and e-commerce, including end-to-end e-commerce strategy from UX to CRO to performance to omnichannel integration.
  • A strong understanding of emerging trends and technologies in the e-commerce space.
