About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, and hygiene in line with current legislation.
  • Ensure due diligence records are completed and maintained.
  • Adhere to company policy on dealing with customer comments.
  • Comply with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers at all times.
  • Maintain personal appearance, including uniform, to the highest standards at all times in line with company policy.
  • Work in all areas across the site, including catering outlets, kitchens, and Costa Kiosks, as requested by the General Manager and Head Chef.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High standards of health and safety, and hygiene awareness.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
