- Case Management: Manage a caseload of customers, using a variety of coaching strategies to prepare them for interviews and job searching.
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand customers' circumstances, preferences, and barriers to progression, and co-produce personalized action plans with sequenced interventions and development opportunities.
- Employer Engagement: Identify the specific recruitment needs of each employer and undertake tailored pre-screens and group assessments.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure that the service continues to deliver excellent customer service.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer care and a customer-focused approach.
