Financial Analyst

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Audit and Accounts Practice Accountant. As part of our Finance CoE, you'll play a key role in supporting our intercompany activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage postings, reconciliations, and liaison to support associated queries and reporting related to intercompany activities.
- Ensure accurate reflection of assets and liabilities on intercompany owned balance sheets.
- Monitor performance of the Capgemini BPO team supporting CoE activities.
- Flag control risks and instances of fraud to management.
- Analyze and solve ad hoc problems using business knowledge and systems.
- Make proactive suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support with audit queries and ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background.
- Knowledge of M&A.
- Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA) Accountant.
- Experience of managing work with an offshore service provider.
- Ability to manage own deadlines and priorities.
- Experience of Oracle and/or SAP would be advantageous.
