We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Audit and Accounts Practice Accountant. As a key member of our Finance CoE, you'll play a critical role in supporting our intercompany activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage postings, reconciliations, and liaison to support associated queries and reporting related to intercompany activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including statutory and regulatory compliance.
  • Support and monitor the performance of the Capgemini BPO team, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Identify and escalate control risks and instances of fraud to management.
  • Analyze and solve ad-hoc problems using your knowledge of the business and systems.
  • Make proactive suggestions for continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance CoE.
  • Support with audit queries and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA).
  • Knowledge of M&A and experience of managing work with an offshore service provider.
  • Ability to manage own deadlines and priorities, with a high standard of working and supporting junior and offshore team members.
  • Experience of Oracle and/or SAP would be advantageous.
