About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quartz Production Operative to join our team in our state-of-the-art Quartz Factory in Barton-Upon-Humber. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient manufacturing of kitchen components and loading of complete orders.
Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of productivity and quality.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Provide training and support to colleagues as required by the Department Manager.
- Project a positive image of Wren Kitchens Limited and the department at all times.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email (desirable).
