We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the Operations functions at Wild Nutrition, a leading provider of premium supplements. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate and skilled individuals who are dedicated to achieving our business goals and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a long-term strategy for the Operations department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of the business, including sourcing, supply chain, planning, and production.
- Streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the business, including safety, quality, service, productivity, and operating costs.
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
- Develop and launch new products, working closely with the Product team to ensure successful execution.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the Operations team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Ensure a customer-centric approach, designing and implementing KPI metrics to manage suppliers and drive business outcomes.
- Oversee the sourcing of all key ingredients, consumables, and manufacturers, ensuring robust relationships and SLAs are in place.
- Improve current methods for reporting and data management, ensuring continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 30+ FTEs, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, People, Product, Retail, and DTC, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
- Play an active and high-profile leadership role as a key member of the WN Leadership team, managing cross-functional projects and regular interaction with the Board and investors.
- Contribute to Wild Nutrition's strategy and commitment to Sustainability and B Corp.

You will have a strong ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally, with a high bar for quality and a passion for driving business outcomes.

Requirements- Extensive experience within premium brand-driven fast-growth DTC first environments.
