This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring Teaching Assistant to join our team in Canterbury. Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to work with schools across the county.
The role involves providing one-to-one and small group support, assisting class teachers in preparing and delivering lessons and activities, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and supervising pupils on school trips and outings.
We offer competitive pay rates based on your experience, access to extensive CPD training through our partnership with the National College, a generous referral scheme, comprehensive interview preparation and lesson planning support, and a user-friendly online portal for managing timesheets.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have an Enhanced child-only DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references. You must also have the legal right to work in the UK.
