We are a leading company in the UK's parking industry, revolutionising the way parking systems operate. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of this industry by delivering cutting-edge solutions that make parking smarter, more efficient, and user-friendly for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution and delivery of our innovative parking solutions, focusing on managing and optimising transactions systems.
  • Oversee the execution of key features like mobile app updates, booking engines, and parking space sensors to meet user and business needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and our technical team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
  • Work closely with Developers to ensure technical feasibility, system performance, and compliance with security and industry standards.
  • Address and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, minimising disruptions to system functionality.
  • Analyse data to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in technical product ownership, ideally in consumer-facing solutions.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Strong technical knowledge to work with development teams and understand the architecture of transactional systems (API, databases, integrations).
  • Experience with technical documentation, system design, and workflows to ensure clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify blockers and obstacles, work to resolve them, and ensure project delivery on time.
  • Experience with Agile Frameworks and tools.
