We are seeking a highly skilled Risk & Regulatory Attorney to join our team at Taylor Root. As a key member of our risk team and general counsel office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Review and Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Supplier Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for firm suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Guidance: Offer expert guidance on risk and regulatory matters, contributing to the development of effective compliance strategies.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Contribute to various reports and attend relevant meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor Status: Hold qualified solicitor status in England and Wales.
  • Commercial Contract Experience: Proven experience in commercial contract reviews and negotiations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SRA Handbook and key legal and regulatory obligations.
