  • Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety
  • Assist in the removal of graffiti and fly-tipped waste
  • Conduct minor repairs to communal properties and gardens
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to on-site customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Full manual driver's license
  • Experience in cleaning or caretaking
  • Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility in working hours
  • Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning and caretaking equipment
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and site safety
