Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality and Product Assurance for both manufacturing and design processes across the business to ensure compliance and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality and Product assurance responsibilities within the engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Manage quality throughout the entire product life cycle.
  • Verify appropriate documentation and procedures for product, processes, and data.
  • Provide support to the design team on best practices to ensure quality.
  • Liaise with the Management Systems Manager and Process Owners, advising on where Product Assurance can be improved.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in a relevant Engineering or Manufacturing Degree with time served as an Engineer.
  • Working experience of a Quality or Product Assurance position.
  • Previous experience working with High Quality manufacturing environments (aerospace, defense, satellite, space, or similar).
  • Good knowledge of product compliance, regulatory compliance, and other similar procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Experience in a project-led design environment – beneficial.
  • Experience with electronics manufacturing and design – advantageous but not essential.
