Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for education and student success.
  • Collaborate with the head teacher, leadership team, staff, parents, and the wider community to achieve school goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student mental health and well-being, while maintaining high expectations of achievement and behavior.
  • Be a visible and approachable leader, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative working.
  • Support the school in achieving its ambitions, including a strong focus on creating a culture of success and positivity towards learning.
