Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver swimming lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote water safety, swimming techniques, and physical fitness.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help individuals achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of swimming and water safety.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
