About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Wendreth Court, a state-of-the-art care home in March, Cambridgeshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Companionship and social interaction to alleviate loneliness and isolation
• Assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Helping residents with mobility and daily living tasks, such as cleaning and vacuuming
• Overseeing medication and providing medical support, as needed
• Preparing and cooking meals to meet individual dietary needs
