The Role of Commercial Conveyancing Specialist

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced commercial conveyancing specialist to join our busy conveyancing department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver excellent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of commercial conveyancing matters, demonstrating sound judgement and independent decision-making skills.">
• Perform fee-earning work accurately and efficiently, ensuring that client expectations are managed throughout the process.">
• Be proficient in legal research and drafting, with the ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy of work.">
• Ensure proper control of work in progress, billing, and recovery of fees.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in handling your own commercial conveyancing files from start to finish.">
• Strong knowledge of commercial sales and purchases, leases, extensions, and other related areas.">
• A degree in Law or a related field.">
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.">
