About the Position

Hodgkinsons Solicitors Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - Commercial Property to join our conveyancing team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of commercial conveyancing matters, working with colleagues who are supportive and an employer who takes a genuine interest in your development and career progression.

Duties
  • Manage a caseload of commercial conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and declarations of trust.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating expertise in commercial conveyancing law.
  • Perform fee earning work accurately and reliably, ensuring compliance with quality risk management procedures.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years recent PQE or equivalent experience in handling commercial conveyancing files.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating judgement and independent decision-making.
  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting, with attention to detail and accuracy.
