About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuary to support our team of capital actuaries in London. The successful candidate will lead certain sub-projects associated with the IMAP and contribute to business-as-usual work such as SCR standard formula calculations and stress and scenario testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and document suitable actuarial models in line with Solvency II/Solvency UK standards.
  • Prepare training material for stakeholders on internal models and general risk management topics.
  • Contribute to the overall Risk Management Function by providing risk opinions where required.
  • Perform peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in actuarial matters, preferably in risk & capital modelling.
  • Experience in leading projects and liaising with different stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain actuarial matters to persons from diverse backgrounds.
