Manpower RPO - Babcock is seeking an Electrical Team Lead to spearhead a team of Industrial and Non-Industrial Trades for planned and reactive maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities on Fleet Assets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • As an Electrical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing an Electrical trades team for the delivery of work packages in Fleet Engineering.
  • You will collaborate with project stakeholders to plan and schedule work packages, ensuring timely completion and quality output.
  • Your role will involve managing subcontractors and implementing Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies across various projects.
  • You will create and manage demand profiles for internal and external resources, optimizing resource allocation and minimizing delays.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of £60,000 salary per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Extensive Electrical Supervisory experience, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Proven awareness and application of Safe Systems of Work principles, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Ability to work safely at varying heights and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
  • Desirable experience in Marine, Nuclear, or Oil & Gas environments.

Qualifications:

  • HNC in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices.
