About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our Dog Operations Team as a Rehoming and Welfare Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the best possible outcomes for the dogs in our care.

You will engage with customers to identify potential matching dogs, create rehoming profiles, and support with daily management of dogs. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our rehoming process.

Key Responsibilities:
