Community Adult Mental Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) in the North West Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will provide expert care, treatment, and support to adults with significant mental health needs within the Borough of Warrington.
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to deliver NICE guidance interventions, support service users with complex mental health needs, and liaise with families and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes.
Main Accountabilities- Provide high-quality care, treatment, and support to service users with complex mental health needs, including specific NICE guidance interventions.
- Contribute to clinic duties and office duty on a rota basis.
- Liaise with other services and work closely with carers and families, alongside our wider partner agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
