Job Overview:

Silver Arrow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Specialist for a full-time and permanent position based in Stoke-On-Trent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in maintaining customer standards, and possess good analytical, organisational and administration skills.

This role involves processing parts related enquiries, promoting parts in line with customer guidelines, assisting and developing parts sales, and providing 24-hour call-out services as needed.
