Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and dynamic organisation as a Quality Technician. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will work closely with the production team to maintain and enhance product quality. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Quality Assurance: Investigate, analyse, and resolve quality issues.
  2. Technical Support: Provide support to the production department.
  3. Documentation: Maintain QA records and procedures.
  4. Laboratory Management: Ensure laboratory supplies and equipment are maintained.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyse and report on quality trends.
  6. Product Testing: Conduct analysis, development, and testing of products, raw materials, and packaging.
  7. Trial Monitoring: Monitor, analyse, and report on technical trials.
  8. Supplier Liaison: Manage and process supplier information.

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products to our clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, and contribute to the success of the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of £14.93 per hour, plus benefits including 26 days holiday per year. The role is based in Northampton and requires a 10-month fixed-term contract.
