Administration Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Commercial division as an Administration Assistant. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role based in Leigh-On-Sea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Underwriters, including arranging communications, undertaking financial and credit checks, and producing reports and spreadsheets.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, including data entry and diary management.
  • Collaborate with the line manager to develop objectives and prioritize workload.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
