About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrialisation Manager to join our team at Listgrove Ltd. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful qualification and commercial adoption of thermoplastic composite pipes and hybrid flexible pipes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise for the performance evaluation, quality, and testing of PEEK polymer and components used in thermoplastic composite pipes and hybrid flexible pipes.
  • Focus on key components such as extruded PEEK pipe and unidirectional-oriented continuous carbon-fibre reinforced PEEK tapes, including multilayer composite structures.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for all matters related to PEEK polymer and component performance and quality characterisation for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with senior technical experts internally and externally to support the successful qualification and commercial adoption of thermoplastic composite pipes and hybrid flexible pipes.
Requirements
  • Fundamental polymer/materials science background with an emphasis on physical and mechanical properties.
  • Experience with composites is preferable.
  • Background in product design, component specification setting, and manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience interpreting statistical data.
  • Project management skills.
