The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our care team as a Senior Wellbeing Care Assistant. You will work closely with our experienced care staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, while also developing your own skills and career prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to provide outstanding care and support
- Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- A strong understanding of health and safety procedures
