Purchasing Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Purchasing Administrator. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for handling procurement tasks, supporting administrative functions, and collaborating with colleagues across departments and international offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and manage purchase orders
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory
  • Match purchase orders to invoices and credit notes
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Maintain and update ERP systems
Requirements:
  • 1 year minimum of administration or purchasing experience
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A competitive salary of 24k per annum (pro-rata)
  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
