Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Lead to join our Respiratory Marketing team at Chiesi Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Customer Experience strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a customer-centric approach to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the creation and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns to engage customers across multiple touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize customer data and analytics to inform marketing decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Chiesi Group remains competitive in the market.
- Proven experience in customer experience, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or med-tech industry is a plus.
