Agility Resourcing is seeking a skilled HR professional to join their team as an Employee Relations Advisor. As a key member of the HR Team, you will play a vital role in supporting managers in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolving employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
  • Advising and coaching managers on complex absence issues, ensuring appropriate action plans are developed and implemented.
  • Supporting managers in attendance management procedures, providing guidance on best practices and compliance.
  • Investigating and supporting managers with disciplinary and grievance cases, including harassment and bullying, and whistleblowing.
  • Ensuring the effective implementation of new/revised procedures and policies, including correct application and timescales where relevant.
  • Providing advice and support to line managers on employee health and wellbeing.
  • Designing and delivering HR-related training programs, focusing on investigation and disciplinary procedures, attendance management, and more.
  • Collaborating with business partners to identify innovative HR solutions, promoting best practices across the organization.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum.

This is a full-time opportunity based in London.
