Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are excited to be recruiting for a full-time HLTA at one of our SEN Schools based in Leeds. This school caters for children between 4-16 years who have Autism, ADHD, Global Delay, Cognitive delay, and Social and Emotional needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a HLTA and extensive experience with pupils with Special Educational Needs. They will be passionate about making a difference and have a Degree or HLTA Qualification. Qualified Teachers can also apply for this role.
Pupils at this school work to an Early Years/Primary curriculum and are looking for a HLTA who has experience with planning and delivering fun and engaging lessons to SEN learners.
The successful candidate will have DBS on the update service, two professional references, and ASAP availability. They will be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons to SEN learners, work with pupils who have Autism, ADHD, and other special needs, and contribute to the development of the school.
