About The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team at The Swan. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to deliver a seamless and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Contribute to the success of the business by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
