Operations Manager - Removals Logistics

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead our removals logistics operations across three locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing removals operations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the removals logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution of collections, storage, and deliveries.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in removals logistics operations, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • CPC National/International or equivalent qualifications in transport operations.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
