We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Advocate to join our team at Hestia Housing Support. As a Residential Advocate, you will be responsible for providing support and advocacy services to individuals who have experienced Modern Slavery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and guidance to residents to help them access public and private services
- Conducting regular key work sessions with residents and recording all interactions on case management system
- Liaising with emergency services and reporting incidents within strict timeframes
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults and children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage service user expectations
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately
Estimated salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum.
