About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sessional Youth Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and guidance to young people involved with the NHS Cadet Programme.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging and interactive sessions that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young participants. You will work closely with our Project Lead and other Youth Support Workers to plan and deliver content that promotes citizenship, health, and wellbeing, and fosters a desire to work or volunteer in an NHS role in the future.

As a Sessional Youth Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people from marginalized communities across the UK. You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive team that values diversity, equality, and inclusion.

About You
  • You have experience of delivering formal or informal training or activities to young people.
  • You have a proven track record of motivating young people who have low or unrealised aspirations.
  • You possess high levels of IT literacy and are proficient in MS Office and remote working tools.
