The Role

As an Online Support Agent, you'll be the key to ensuring a smooth transaction process for our customers. Your main focus will be on live chat interactions, providing vital support to our senior sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through live chat to facilitate vehicle transactions on our platform.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless process and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the broader Online Support team to uphold high service standards and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist senior sales personnel with administrative tasks, aiding in their productivity and timely completion of duties.
  • Embody our company values of proactiveness, effectiveness, and positivity, while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
