Job Title: Aerospace Project Manager

Join our team as an Aerospace Project Manager and take on a key role in the development and delivery of the East Anglia Hub projects. As a member of the Offshore Development Team, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage landowner and 3rd party land agent relationships to ensure access to land for surveys and development projects.
  2. Oversee the completion of negotiated Option agreements with private landowners and manage land agreement related GIS images and inputs for onshore cable route.
  3. Provide land specific project management support to onshore development projects, including OFTO package lead, consent compliance team, and wider development teams.
  4. Act as a point of contact for landowners and land agents requiring information about the project and onshore construction works.
  5. Interface between contractors and landowners to deal with reinstatement works, development survey works, pre-construction works, and other related activities.
  6. Manage risk register and disseminate accordingly.
  7. Attend kick off meetings, site investigation meetings, and other relevant meetings to ensure contractors and project staff are aware of obligations within consents, landowner agreements, or other relevant permissions.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant experience in Project management and Land Management to support the development of major infrastructure projects in the UK.
  2. Relevant onshore and/or offshore development experience within a multi-disciplinary project environment.
  3. Relevant experience in development of offshore windfarms, onshore and offshore grid connection works.
  4. Relevant experience in management of multi-disciplinary teams.
  5. Ability to translate technical detail into commercial impact.
  6. Strong planning and analysis skills with the ability to look forward and anticipate problems and thereafter plan and implement mitigating solutions.
  7. Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  8. Excellent personal organisation and time management skills.
  9. High degree of self-motivation with a flexible approach to work.
