About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with flexibility to work over the weekend if needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and shipping schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in warehouse management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
