Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis team by ensuring the smooth processing of asset purchasing and managing HP agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a part-qualified accountant qualification (AAT or equivalent), advanced Excel skills, and a strong understanding of double-entry accounts.

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual who can confidently liaise with colleagues at all levels and has a proven eye for detail and accuracy.

The role will involve supporting the end-to-end preparation of Management Accounts, month-end journals, balance sheet maintenance, and ad hoc reporting and analysis.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to assist with the implementation of new systems across the company and contribute to process improvements in the finance department and across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial planning and analysis team
  • Manage HP agreements and asset purchasing
  • Prepare Management Accounts
  • Month-end journals and balance sheet maintenance
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis
  • Support the implementation of new systems
  • Contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant qualification (AAT or equivalent)
