Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Lead business partner activities with key operational team members to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proven track record of making logical assumptions and effectively benchmarking results.
  • Ability to innovate process change and identify barriers.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Hyperion Planning, and PowerBI.
