A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join a growing accountancy firm. The firm provides accountancy services to a broad range of clients.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support a Senior Partner at the firm with their day-to-day work and administration. You will interact with clients and staff at all levels in this role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Senior Partner's inbox, ensuring that all emails are responded to in a timely manner

• Coordinating the Senior Partner's diary and ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and attended

• Organising travel arrangements and making bookings when necessary

• Ensuring that the firm is compliant with all regulatory requirements

• Onboarding new clients and maintaining Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements

• Coordinating with the wider team to provide administrative support and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently

• Answering calls and dealing with requests from clients and staff

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join a friendly, supportive team where you will play a key role in the firm's operations. The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a Senior Administrative Assistant in an accountancy firm or a similar corporate environment.

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have at least 5 years experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant

• Have excellent communication skills with good attention to detail

• Ideally be educated to degree level

• Be able to commute to London 5 days a week
