Third Sector Leaders Kirklees is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our innovative Energy Neighbours project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including staff and contracts.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation that promotes community development and social change. As Project Manager, you will work closely with our CEO and team to deliver our strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Energy Neighbours project, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including local experts and community organisations, to develop and implement project strategies
  • Manage project finances, reporting, and evaluation to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Represent the project at national and local levels, building partnerships and promoting our mission
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a focus on community development and partnership-building
  • Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Able to take responsibility for project finances and reporting
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
